Also the fview program has a utility for search duplicated files on a directory and delete them.
I have a new web page. Download the OS from there, hope this site will be definitive.

Hello Very Happy
It didn't work on my 2pc
i have tried FD205 FD206 on P3 Vesa 2.0 512MB RAM ,P4 Vesa 2.0 1024MB RAM. Appear that it load correctly ,but i cannot to see nothing because the
screen is full of garbage. This doesn't happen with other Hobby OS..
Note: Floppy Disk is new , after written your OS on floppy ,i tried to write other OS on floppy and it work fine ,therefore it isn't Floppy Disk problem. Wink

wich other hobby os works on your computer?
can you give me more details or doing more testing?
is strange that you only have vesa 2.0 instead of vesa 3.0 on a modern computer.

replace the file init.asm with the attachement ,boot octa os
it should boot with mode 320*200*8bpp ,wait until floppy stops and then
sendme the file vidmodes.txt ,the floppy must be writeable.
else if something goes wrong press shift+esc keys and tellme the exit code or if the computer hangs, thanks.

Files are dated 2007-05-02, inside the zipfiles and the images. No docs to help figure out what version this reallly is.
