when using the properties window to change caption of form, if i press the "..." button to expand the edit field, it stays open permanently. OK and Cancel do nothing, neither does closing the form or properties window. closing fresh is the only way to get rid of it

winxp sp2, fresh 1.1.D

ps. can you make the controls menubar a seperate window, that can be hidden and shown as needed?

Yes, it is for every Windows version. This is core problem of some of the libraries. The point is that just now I began to work on Fresh 2.0 from scratch, because I have some new ideas for stream based visual templates, (illustrated for example here ) that should make visual editors of Fresh extremely powerfull and flexible. Unfortunately, in order to make Fresh selfcompilable and also to avoid some old bugs and bad written code, it is better to rewrite it almost from scratch. (of course using previous source code as a some kind of base).

Regards.
