I think the FASM website should have a news page, maybe on the very first place http://www.flatassembler.net/index.php. It would be nice to know everything that is going on with FASM, without having to check the forums. For example, when I'm in a hurry and I want to see if FASM 1.61 has come yet, I check the website. But I have to go to "Massage Board" or "Downloads" to check. If that is on the front page, on index.php, then it will be faster.
Also news on Fresh, MenuetOS, and any other projects that are very important for FASM. If we had a news page (or a ticker, sort of like the one at the Bonafide OSDev page but with FASM-only news and announcements), probably on the very first page, it would be a lot easier to find out what's going on with FASM and related projects. We could see all the latest news on development, and etc. The moderators or project chiefs, and of course Privalov, could post to this to keep the FASM community informed on the latest. Give opinions people, if we agree it might happen! Another nice thing is if we could download old versions of FASM, like version 0.88, just for fun. I for one wonder what it was like, and I'd like to see it. Maybe not the executable, but the manual at least would be nice... Also have a little thing next to the FASM logo that says what the version is. May FASM grow and live forever! _________________ FASM Rules! OS Dev is fun! Pepsi tastes nasty! Some ants toot!
