Hello!
Does anybody know where i can find info about NIC booting. The idea is to make special Boot PCI card including all OS in ROM chip(s).

Well, actually this is the thing it's typically used for bootrom configuration but i don't understand how system detects is there some boot rom in any card plugged into pci or isa slot. In BIOS setup we can choose 'boot from other devices' and then it is possible. I have some old ISA cards what also implement BootRom functionality, seems i must crack one of these to understand:)
