I was wondering if anyone knows how, or has any code or examples on how to get the OS to boot from the hard drive.. thanks!

I have just released a new version of Solar OS that does exactly that : booting from HDD Smile

I just use GRUB now.... I did use some of John Fine's boot code prior to this to load from a hard drive.

Hi bogdanontanu!

I downloaded your newest SolarOS version and installed it onto my floppy disk. Unfortunately it wasn't working!! Crying or Very sad

Anybody having similar problems?
