The archive gimes me a CRC error on some files.

Yeah. Sorry. There CRC Error. But game source code opens normaly and wil compile normal. CRC Error only on WAV files that used only in First linking step.
You can recompile it without this WAV files. There included in waves.dat
Just IGNORE this errors.

I can compile it fine, but the game flickers hardcore. Impossible to play.

Are the Own exe file works normaly?
chek for the System/Video.inc->flip procedure
What OS you using? DirectX ver? and Fasm ver?
send me your exe file to email.
