"a cup tea would be nice", whats up with english people and tea?
it's hot water!

I'm not certain I could explain that either. I lived in England for four years and the only thing I can come up with is it is a chance to socialize with friends...the tea helps get it started. But to your point, they could use a beer, wine, shots of tequilla, though they use tea. Then they mix tea with tea as a time for a meal. Now how can you do that? Wink

Sounds like you need pest control... Wink But, yes, let's hope they go before me. I still like my computer, even when I going through fits with it.

Which naturalist was it that said that we are becoming "tools of our tools"?

Jacques Custeau. (well, I'm not quite sure, he is the only one I know)

I thought it was Thoreau, when he went out to live in the woods by himself for a few years with nothing but him and a pencil and paper.

It's been only ... 1 year since I learned that stuff, and I can't recall a thing accurately, so I may be wrong.
Wait, searched for him and that quote, found it. it was Henry David Thoreau. Wow. Lucky guess on my part. Cool

I would say its easier to set up, but use ???. i tyred MenuetOS about a year ago, and tyred it again a week a go, it looks nicer, the mouse seems be less jerky.
But it still works like a demo, it needs to be able to load thing from the floppy or CD or Hdd directly.
