Hello, everybody!

Please, tell me, what is better to use: local constants in macro or global ones?
How it influences at compilation speed and memory, used by compiler?
And one more question: what is faster and requires less memory - using 'restore' or just redefining 'equ' equation multiply times?

Thanks.
