No, fasm is an assembler with its own language dialect. I'm not aware of an assembler multi-dialect.
Maybe you could use its macro features to emulate... |

as for gnu-asm/gas/AT&T, well, it's mor or less the reverse "intel syntax" - but, I'm sure if you for some reason would get a kick from it, you could probably emulate AT&T syntax with help of a bunch of macros and fix/equ statements...
