whenever i'm swapping a page from the execute-area into memory, there is a problem. the swapping is automatically called by the taskswitcher (dispatcher&scheduler). and whenever my routine tries to copy the part with the stack of the task, it doesn't run. the OS hangs of, and the floppy-drive is running all the time. i'm in FRM. i hope you can help me. thank you!

i tested it again, and this is what i found out:
the copying always stops at the stack. if i set the stack out of the area, it works fine. but with the stack in it it doesn't.

i've a clue, i hope... is it maybe like in PM, that there is a "stack-segment and you can't read or write it? that would give many answers... i hope you'll help me! thank you.

now it works, it was, because the mapper deleted his returnadress by copying the new map into the part with the stack!
