i was wondering if Fasm was first made with a HEX editor, or some other assembler like tasm?

hmm i guess all of the computer language came from the text file.

and the text file from the logic and buffer and memory, and microcode..

IIRC, FASM is the second compiler written by Privalov, and was compiled with the first one Wink

The flat assembler was compiled with my previous assembler, but the first one was indeed compiled with TASM 4.0.

And what about the first FASM release?
Ive recently found FASM v1.02 dated 02.07.2000 in an old freedos distro.
Is there anything older?
