I found a good routine page here http://www-perso.iro.umontreal.ca/~feeley/cours/ift2240/doc/assembly/int10.html
Can I set for example mouse in DOS with BIOS routines? I know that I can do it in real mode, but does dos work in real mode? Thank you!

do a search for ralf browns interrupt list, or for the most common int's as a old dos tool, search for "HelpPC" (a com file).

Try http://www.ctyme.com/intr/int.htm for an online version of Ralf Browns Int list.
