This code is from preproc.inc
hash_constant:
push esi ebp
mov esi,ebx
xor ebx,ebx
mov eax,2166136261 ;0x811C9DC5
mov ebp,16777619 ;0x1000193
hash_constant_name:
xor al,[esi+ebx]
mul ebp
inc bl
cmp bl,cl
jb hash_constant_name
mov ebp,eax
and ebp,2FFh shl 22
shl eax,10
xor eax,ebp
or ax,cx
mov ebx,esi
pop ebp esi
ret
Can someone explain to me how this code is working and what do expect from it ? Sad
Thanks in advance
