menuetOS supports ICO and BMP as icons all icons must only contain 32x32 image though

OK, I wrote that support for .ICO format. For now, ICON in OFFICIAL distro supports .BMP files with 24-bit 32x32 size and .ICO files with 32x32 size and ONLY ONE 32-BIT ICON INSIDE, and of course it rotates cute. ICON in RUSSIAN distro (from Poddubny, RE#8 pre2) supports .BMP files of same format and .ICO files with 32x32 size and ONLY ONE 32-, 24-, 8- or 4-BIT ICON INSIDE, and it don't rotate. Is it clear now?

BTW this thread is about [directory] functions but what about [file] functions? APPEND would be great thing IMHO.
