I read asm command prefetch speedup 25% on Pentium4(2000 to 2004 years)
How about modern cpu 2020 year or 2024 year, still prefetch helps and does needed ?

Depends upon what your code does.

It will require you to analyse your data flows and see where the delays (if any) are.

Sometimes prefetching can help. Sometimes it can hurt. Sometimes it doesn't make a measurable different.
