Unable to use the PEXT instruction. Trying various configurations of the instruction by itself, it appears evex_b is not defined.

Is it sufficient to:

Perhaps all the instructions should just use AVX_512.parse_operand*, or would that be problematic?

I think the only issue would be that it would be slightly slower.
