"format elf64 dynamic" generates a shared library, however it does not support the "public" directive. Is it possible to eliminate the need of an external linker?

When I search ("format elf64 dynamic") the board or github I see some examples.

Are you specifically looking for manual creation of the shared library - like the OP?
