How is this screen shot on the menuet home page produced?

It has some nice title bars and a very different looking task bar.

Just wondering how this was done.

Wasn't wondering how the screenshot bmp was produced, but was wondering how the task bar was made to look like it did.

Its a setting in the older panel setup program. You have to change the button representation from textual to graphicle by entering a 1 instead of a 0.
