Warning!
Mdisk can't create a dos-executable! But the installer created with it will check for a fat32 C: drive and ask if a -dummy- MSETUP.EXE file should be created on it (to use with hd booting) MSETUP.EXE was written in PASCAL, the source code used to be on the menuetos.org site... |

It's a bit more complicated than must running mdisk.
I'll be putting up some new s/w for creating the .exe file soon. I wasn't planning on documenting it, but will do if there is interest. Mike |

Thank you all
I spent to much time learning new WinAPI's, documented and undocumented, that I neglected the stuff that makes things work. I would appreciate lots of comments, as I' m not up to snuff on Dos and booting. I thought I'd never look at Dos again. One could easely see it that way with Windows blinders and MS views. _________________ Do not Assume, it makes an ASS out of U and ME! |
