Play with fasm in the gitpod development enviroment!
https://github.com/termuxinator/gitpod-template-fasm/tree/main
Great for mobile users like me Smile

The main branch is stable but holds local copy of fasm binary.
There is also a repo branch that installs fasm to the workspace.
(rather than passing fasm binary from repo, which is not desired)
This branch is currently broken, see notes below...

edit:
-- broken branch --
This version is broken, fasm is installed but the loader crashes with bad syscall.
Maybe someone could help identify this problem.
(You can cd and invoke fasm manually in the workspace terminal)

Ok, more small tests...
Installed classic GNU hello package using same apt method.
No problems, installed, loaded, executed, works as expected.
You can view the default workspace distro through the workspace link on main project page.

edit:
-- broken branch --
Created custom docker so we can specify our build.
Changed from Ubuntu to Debian workspace image.
Exhibits same problem as before Sad

you just have to keep focused and take it one 'byte' at a time.
