While using the classic macro implementation of "struct", and that in a heavily nested project, I notice now that 'sizeof' has an instance only at the 'root' level! (I guess it is the operator?)

Then any struct with the same name will conflict, whatever the namespace depth of its definition.

Any 100% CALM struct implementation?
