Well, if I wouldn'tso new, you would propably know that I'm a rather calm personsad ,c., but THIS kInD of Buollshit makes me go up the WALLLS!

I personally hope, that all those Microsoft person responsible for this will make their own company go bankrott by paying their own patents.

Unfortunately, Microsoft isn't the only company doing such nonsense.

they have patented double clicking on hand held devices not on every device.

if you think this is a fun patent check out the MS patent on the Human body.

the basics of the patent is that MS has patented the use of the Human body as a network device, so anyone builds a device in which the human body is like a network or part of a network they owe MS some $$$ lol

I hope this patent nonsense stops before getting nastier...

or that negative consequences of software patents incides only in those countries that are enforcing them. For example, if you are a small innovative company inside U.S. you will be paying hard $$$ to majors in order to sell your product (hardware/software) so you will be having troubles to compete for example to an equivalent company in China or in India. So figure out which one is likely to succeed?
