Hi the board!
I donot know the trends, except money and opium, windows goes. We use Windows Help (.hlp) Viewer and it works on double click, enter, context menu in file explorers. Could fasm ide behave same if w7+ detected? I'm not sure how to open *word at context menu* topic then. Yes, i use old winapi2000 :P |

revo, nice to meet you.
Tomasz, a slight fix needed %windir%/WinHelp/winhlp32.exe -k $WORD_AT_CURSOR $FASMW.INI_HELP_PATH |

Sorry if I misunderstood.
Do you want fasmw to open help files? Or you want Explorer to open fasmw? |

After i pick a help file in fasmw and press F1 for context help by a phrase at the cursor, windows10 redirects me to web topics reading.
I have that hlp app by ms installed and it works in standard explorer and totalcmd i use. Fasmw, still, calles help api which is on drugs. In such a case CreateProcess with the snipped proposed seems to be the very solution. |
