how send message Win 10 notification ?

half year ago I maked Inproc COM Servers (for shell).
This is Local COM Server. A little bit complex thing.
partialy thou could use my work. but there many things outer of it.
MS as always "it is only for win10". (This could work in any windows version).
If thou realize that in assembly win10 wouldnt be required. but it is hard task: thou will have to had good prey for reversing & analizing (classic win32 app that uses that technology, good if not 1 example but many).
But if thou want realize all in assembly without understanding what going on - better would be code in HLL. Assembly never gain advance when thou use something thou don`t know enought (without knowledge how use it in more faster manner than that one(a slowest one) provided to be common for any HLLs).
I repeat it is all builded around of Local COM Server (standalone executable). realize it, all the rest would be trivial (MS already described this in HLL), but Local COM Server realization is hidden deep in HLL compiler internals.
