The architectures are too different to allow a clean conversion. Most DOS assembly is 16-bit from what I've seen, so you'd have a lot of changes to switch it to 32-bit code. Then you have to find the UNIX syscalls that correspond to the DOS/BIOS ones, and change the calling conventions. That's why there aren't many (if any) convertors for DOS -> UNIX assembly.
