My question is this normal using in dll rd ?

Code:
section '.bss' readable writeable
        Variables       rd 10000
            

How this good or not ?

There is no restriction on how you organise your DLLs. So you can do that it you want. The loader and the OS won't care.

However, having 10000 global variables is not conducive to a multi-threading environment.
