Hi All.

Just I installed Debian Linux in my PC,but the refresh ratio(vertical frenquency)
is 60 Herz and the screen flicker.
I have video card ASUS RADEON A9200SE.
I have downloaded a driver for this video card, but because this is in
.rpm extension, the system does not install this.
Because I am new in Linux,I don't know what can I do.
If someone know anything about this, please tell me.

Regards,
Manos.

Unless it is assembler-related, which I doubt, this topic should be in Heap.

Check out alien (http://www.kitenet.net/programs/alien/), which can convert .rpm to dpkg, the debian format. (You might be able to do "apt-get install alien" to install it)
