If a file gets only 3 out of 69 hits for malware in VirusTotal then I usually consider it to be perfectly fine.

Well, we really don't have to use the same unimaginative stub everywhere. Let's start putting some DOS games or other easter eggs there! Smile

Actually, we can put almost anything in place of a stub.
