I tried to compile x264 with msys2, and it failed because _WIN32 isn't defined. Because of that, windows.h doesn't get included.

My configure line is:

../configure --enable-static --disable-thread --disable-interlaced --bit-depth=8 --chroma-format=420 --enable-debug

Edit1: Tried adding --extra-cflags=-mwin32
