One way is to use VirtualBox and Fatdog64 Linux.

With Win 8+ (Pro, 64-bit, with hardware VT-X), you should probably prefer Hyper-V.

"FASM for Linux on 64-bit Windows"? On Win 10, use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
