Hi

Does anyone have a pointer to the BIOS code behind the INT 15h, AX=E820h - Query System Address Map call ? I'm curious to know what it does and can't seem to find the code in the BIOS.

Every BIOS is different for each machine make and model.

Options for you would be to boot DOS (or any real mode OS) and examine the BIOS calls in memory with a debugger. Or disassemble your BIOS and try to follow the code paths. The third option of asking the manufacturer for source code is probably the last resort due to the secretive nature they practice.
