Did DirectShow output video on Direct2D surface?

My OS Windows 7.
Interested DirectShow can output video directly in Direct2D surface ?
Or DirectShow only can output video in Hwnd window and Directx9 texture ?

I need copy on GPU(without CPU memory ) video to texture.
CPU copy video frame to texture very slow. And video 1280x720 slow down FPS.
I try AVIStreamGetFrame and fill Directx 11 texture , i get 12 fps.
Video and render slow down.
