FASM code to format a default minimum 1 MB exFAT image including your customized boot code.

The boot sector loads the 8 extended boot sectors immediately following to 0x7E00. The default second stage,
which displays a simple message, can easily be replaced with your customized boot code binary.

I am very pleased to see someone already tackling exFAT in the hobby OS space! I have had some interest in the filesystem for some time, and you just cut a lot of time out of my research. Thanks.
