1) I don't think there is such a thing as 'a complete win32.hlp file'. I had similar problems until one day I stumbled upon a 'complete install' of d6 at school, including win32sdk help files. I copied the win32.hlp file from that install, along with some other 30 mb of help files that were in the same directory...
2) f0dder's suggestion about psdk is a great one. it's the way to go unless you have msdn or a permanent connection for msdn.microsoft.com. Just ask someone with a faster connection to download it for you (that what I did, and I say it again, it's worth it). |

I found out my prob! the win32.cnt file is bad! delete that file and manually go through the help file(pressing next 5,000 times) and its all there!

A little bit of ironic
I think that it is easier (and faster?) to hack into the bad file to fix it than click or hold enter down for 5K cycles  |
