Is there any way to see what the code looks like after file inclusions and macro expansions, before it is compiled into machine code?

Yes. Look for the folder "TOOLS" and the file "PREPSRC.INC".

Unfortunately the tool only says:
Code:
C:\Tony\fasm\TOOLS\WIN32>prepsrc PREPSRC.ASM z.asm

You need to generate the "symbolic information file", otherwise known as the .fas file, and feed that into prepsrc.

Hint: Use the "-s" option in fasm.exe.
