You can always write your own version in any language you feel is appropriate.

I hardly see any benefit to it, despite the fact that it would require additional resources. If you look for platform independent solution why not just run fasm under system emulated with qemu for example?

... a program ... could be more easily converted
... designed ... that it should be relatively easy ... extend the language

p.s.: i must admit fasmg coding style is adult (understand correctly) and perfect BUT who will use our codes in several decades SO there must be a well-read heritage for the offsprings who will definitelly use windows176 and android177
