This is not related to OS Construction. In OS, a triple fault makes a reset.
For example, the memory is
Code:
00000: 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF
00010: 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF
00020: 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF
...
FFFF0: 8EC8 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF 0000 FFFF

There is no such thing as a quadruple fault. Three is all your get. They can of course keep repeating if your BIOS code is corrupted. If this is happening to you then fix your BIOS.
