I'm developing an HID driver. my code is at the point of reading in the Report Descriptor and printing all of the tokens/items to the screen. all of the devices I've tested report two "End Collection" tokens yet they don't include any "Collection" tokens which means the documentation must be missing something (or worse; the devices reports are invalid). does anyone know of some websites that provide information on USB aside from USB-IF (I already downloaded all of the PDFs and read most of them [some repeatedly]).

nevermind the "Collection" thing. the assholes who wrote the HID standard declared everything except the Feature and Collection in the order of the tokens (10 and 11). basically I was decoding the Collection as if it was Feature (and vice-versa). fuckers Twisted Evil

This posting seems a bit aggressive, too. Wink
