Does anybody heard of Yasm, a rewrite of Nasm?.

I never heard about it. I find interesting some goals, mainly:
yasm page wrote:

I think it is worth to be developed in a way that Fasm could be benefited as well.
IMVHO Fasm does exactly the same work of Nasm, but it is less complex, smaller and is asm written.
