I'm developing my own Meos applets, so everytime I try to make it using the resource I have in my [Whyndoubts], sorry,"Windows" I mean.

I have manuals, graphics, etc; the point is (·), that I want to use them while I'm coding, it's imposible from MenuetOS inside, bicoz, and Blah!, so I want to know if anybody knows a GOOD MEOS EMULATOR?

If so, I thank him/her by advance.
Cool Question Exclamation

mike.dld's MeOSEmul works for most MeOS programs (although it crashes on others). You can get it at http://meosfiles.narod.ru but its slow so I attached it.

[Edit]
This attachement is the 6/29/04 version (comrade's is the 6/26/04 version)

New version available here: http://meosfiles.narod.ru/index_eng.htm

Now it fully supports co-processor (some bugs not excluded) and tries to create threads (VERY BUGGY)

Newer version below

it consists in ...
eg. I run 15 game on it it runs very well but it always stop moving the puzzles...
eg. When you run a prog. (in a period of time) it crashes and everything including the MenuetOS like window doesn't redraw and stop working...

You think I don't know about that??? Actually, I KNOW! Certainty it contain bugs those I'm trying to fix, and i wrote above that this release migth be VERY BUGGY (not only it threads part as you noticed). I spend all my free time to make it work better so if you don't want to use it now - don't use it. I develop it for checking apps workability, not for throw MenuetOS out.

Maybe Qemu would be interesting to you? It's a fast and nice emulator (or maybe not the stuff you're looking for) Smile

mov esi,[edx-13] - does not working

I will be happy, if you fix this.

Try to use http://shade.msu.ru/~msu-se/MeOsDebug.rar and
http://shade.msu.ru/~msu-se/MeOsDebug_src.rar (with sources)
You can also find references to they at http://shade.msu.ru/~msu-se/home.html
Unfortunately, all instructions in russian and i haven't english version of my site now. But if you use Delphi you would easily understand how to debug programs in this emulator. Don't forget fix .ini file - it contain paths to ram and hard disk.

Could you attach the whole file that causes this error?

Yea, it's supported. Try to describe what exactly you expect from ram-disk.

Thanks, I managed to work with it using for example Tinypad.
It reads but it does not save (probably a Tinypad's error, still checking...)

Don't try - it's able only to read, not write or execute.
