Well, StackOverflow is not exactly forum, because it is not intended to provide social conversation between people. I am answering there sometimes and can say that the quality of assembly questions is very low. The total count of questions tagged as "assembly" is 16000, most of them with 0 answers.

winasm.net lost its activity as development of winasm studio had stopped... (de facto)

also, although i do not visit wasm.ru already some years, i should say it is exactly assembly forum - maybe not as before, but mostly Wink it really has separate WASM.ASSEMBLER section, but this section was intentionally dedicated for pure assembly algorythms, which were not specific to any OS Wink
