and i am editing bigpart.asm but every time i wrongly directly complie
sohow to make
    when compling in one of the file the whole did

IIRC the fasm IDE has something to mark the top-level document. I can't remember how it works but you could try right-clicking on the document tab and see what options you get. Something like "mark as <something>" or its equivalent.
