What is it? Linky? What is does the license say about forks/convertions? Have you tried yourself and need help?

I want to try but I don't know where to start. I think its fine in the license

Perhaps you can start by at least giving us a useful link and some hints about exactly what you want us to do. Do you want help with certain things, or you just want us to do everything?

I want to look at the filesystem in MikeOS but I don't know or use nasm.

Linky means what is the link.

So the NASM source is very similar to fasm syntax. Aside from the red-tape things like directives and non-code stuff it would be mostly the same in fasm. So converting it in an attempt to understand the OS code won't help you very much.
