I have tried to install menuet os but it just plays like a little music
"tutututu tutututu tutu" when reading the floppy xD
and after 10 minutes "KERNEL MNT?" is displayed on the window ?

When you use PC emulator, screw the floppy drive. Use disk image instead. Make VMWare use this disk image instead of real floppy.
