Funny thought!! if the time servers were set back let's say one week, would the world go back in time?

Yes it would. Time travel is very simple, just turn back (or forward) your clock and you're there.

Idea So you are saying Time Travel is basically just adjusting time back and forth?

So then what would you call when one re-lives an experience in time that they already have experienced?

And if it were possible, would you retain your current conscious and be able to say things like "I am you from the future" or would it just be the "rewind" effect?

Yup.

I'd call that doing it again. I've done many things more than once.

Many people have done that. When the Concord aeroplane was still flying it could land before it took off when it was flying west.
