yeah, why not a simple feature, very simple, but full of junk of course.

add an entry in the Run menu, to launch a script with the assigned file as a parameter.

The script needs also to be selected, then, another entry should be added, Pick a script file.

and then, fasmw powerfull editor (a don't know any more powerfull text editor, where power means meory efficiency, speed (just compare the Replace function of fasmw with the same function of any else editor, and so on) can be used to edit code for any langage, using the cool syntax highlighting of fasm Smile

This feature will be implemented in Fresh IDE in a little more complex form (the user will be able to configure several run scripts, passing several possible arguments to the script). I am planning to implement it in one of several next releases.

yep, i know fresh ide can do many things, but the only thing i ask to fasmw is to start in less than a half second, weigth less than 1MBytes, have the less icons and bloat as possible, never bug and crash, and be the official fasm editor. Smile

launch script would ba easy enough to implement, i think i'll first try to do it, and submit the modification later.

thanks anyway Wink

If you use a common script file extension then my debug patch will work to run a script:

A different program can be executed for each file extension.
