Today i've taken masmw from site (for Win8 64)/ Thank you very much! But where I can get HELP files&! Please help me to find HELP!!!

I assume you mean fasmw? The download zip has a file called "fasm.pdf".

Yes, thanks, I mean fasmw. And thanks I saw fasm.pdf and read it. But I mean that help-file which we see when press F1 inside IDE!

I used to share a package of some old WinAPI help files that could be used for fasmw's F1 function - I no longer make it official, and they are very outdated, nonetheless you can still download it: http://flatassembler.net/docs/win32hlp.zip
