I find "declaration" of this function in ADVAPI32.INC
but I can not find any documentation ... enybody know this function? |

Strange thing. It doesn't appear anywhere in Windows 7's system DLLs and EXEs and it's not in Windows XP's advapi32.dll or kernel32.dll.
