I need some tutorials on the GUI because I want full support with my coming-uo OS.

Given that you have started other threads about "DOS" is this for text mode (with characters drawing boxes etc) or graphical mode (pixels drawing pipeline) or both?

VESA is an option, there isn't a "tutorial" for everything, you need to bother to read the manuals and specifications. Basically you need a high resolution graphics (unless we're not making crap) mode to render graphical content. You can use VESA for doing that, you'll need the framebuffer address, and then you write to that address, remember that you'll need to render characters on your own there is no hardware cursor too.
I'd recommend doing some fairly simple VGA Mode 13h programming and see how it works in graphics modes.
