this is my first adventure, ah, i got no idea yet how to write hello world, but i guess i want to start develop apps for android playstore and iphone store.

I don't know what are your goals but if you are writing applications for android,
and you don't like all the hassle, you can use C# or .NET too.
Check this out:

Also, if you are planning to make games I think the Unity3D Free Version also
supports Android. Problem is that you may not have the profiler optimizations, motion blur,
glow, performance manager etc.
The Game Maker Studio Pro also supports Android.
